Adobe Experience Platform AI assistant now available to everyone

The Adobe Experience Platform AI assistant has a conversational interface and can help deliver insights within seconds and create personalised content

Adobe announced today that its generative AI-powered assistant for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is now available to all. The company says the AI assistant has a conversational interface and can help users โ€œautomate tasks, simulate outcomes and generate new audiences and journeys.โ€
First showcased at the companyโ€™s annual conference summit in March this year, the AI Assistant can deliver insights within seconds and create personalised content. The company says the AEP apps include Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer Journey Analytics.
Some questions the Adobe Experience Platformโ€™s AI Assistant can answer include โ€œHow do I build an audience segment?โ€ and โ€œWhat is an identity map? How often is this audience segment used?โ€

Adobe says the AI Assistant is not limited to text-based responses but can also help with audience segments and help identify โ€œhigh-valueโ€ customers. It is connected to the companyโ€™s AI-powered text-to-image generator Firefly so that emails and web pages can be created.
The AI Assistant can also offer โ€œpredictive insightsโ€ about customer data based on historical data, including predicting how many conversions to expect from a particular customer segment and even recommending actions in the customer journey.

The Adobe Experience Platform is a real-time customer experience management (CXM) service designed for organisations that want to use massive amounts of customer data for marketing, outreach and promotional purposes. It is used by a wide range of brands like The Coca-Cola Company, Marriott International, General Motors and Real Madrid to name a few.
